Freezing feet and hands

noticed that when my weight loss stalls i warm up. Now,freezing and losing again. Goal in site and looking for property in Tucson. Live in vintage mobile home with new furnace and still freezing.

I stay cold too. I've been asked if I'm anemic. I'm like nope!!! Lol

I have one word for you: Hot Tub ;-)

I personally attribute it to a decreased BMR, as well as the lack of insulation. I have always run colder when I decreased my food intake, regardless of my weight.

Ok now it is cold in California (and I'm still cold. I even notice if I've not eaten much my body doesn't run as warmly on a day to day
