sallie2 13 Posted October 24, 2013 I am here at the dr office. And I have seen a weight gain of two pounds. This month I have really been a slacker. One day of exercise if that and not watching my food as well as I should and it shows...... I need to meet my goals or I may fail. So sad....
Bandista 7,466 Posted October 24, 2013 Hi Sallie, two pounds could be anything -- don't get discouraged! But glad that you are getting back on the banded wagon. Just think what next month could be -- keep your chin up. And the legs walking, walking, walking....... 2 ADJL and terrydumont46 reacted to this
terrydumont46 1,954 Posted October 25, 2013 sallie, you know how to do this. but when i get off track keeping a journal really helped me. the first time i did it i found where a lot of my calories were coming from and that was the Protein Drinks and what i mixed the Protein with. i just never gave the protein a thought. i was going through a 1/2 gal. of fat free milk every couple of days. lol so keep track and see where you might be picking up extra cal. and than walk walk walk. good luck 1 sallie2 reacted to this

dgoertz1 120 Posted October 26, 2013 Usually it's about how much you have to loose. My sister is 6 years younger than ( I just turned 60). I opted not to have surgery when she did. I waited 11 months then I was ready. At my age I felt like last shot. She did awesome. So I did have incentive! Best of luck. You can do it.
