Wow 3 sizes in 5 weeks, that in crazy fast. Good for you! I think fitting into smaller clothes is as good as, or maybe even better than, the scale going down. Keep up the excellent work! You are sure to have many more happy shopping trips!

I honestly have been incredibly faithful with my diet and Water and Protein. I also walk 2-3 miles a day. I don't feel cheated or deprived just happy!
