I've noticed I'm satisfied for at least 4 hours between meals and once I get a hunger twinge it's time for the next meal. It's so cool listening to my body! I haven't had a fill yet, and at this rate if I'm losing consistently and staying satisfied I may not get one. I'm under 1,000 calories a day, between 60-80 grams of Protein, and at lest 8 glasses of Water sometimes more. I'm so happy I did this! By the way, today is my ONE MONTH surgiversary! :)
