Day one went fairly well. Loved my nutri bullet, syntha 6 Protein Powder and Premier Protein shakes! I put it all into my fitness pal and it came back as 1200 calories. Does this seem right?

Day 1 here too.... 3x Syntha-6 Isolate shakes today, going to have 1x more before bed. A total of 660 calories
