I am approaching the one year mark and have lost 62 lbs? Where r u all at with your loss at the 1 year mark?

First, it's important to point out that how much anyone else loses it irrelevant. All that matters is that you're losing, not gaining, regardless of how much someone else has lost.

As for your question, I had lost 178 pounds at the 1 year mark.
