Post op Exercise

What kind of exercise is alright to do in the weeks after the op? I use the Nike NTC app 4 times week at the moment but should I just stick to walking/running after my op? And how long until I can get to more rigorous exercise (jumping, Zumba, medicine ball stuff etc)? I just want to hit the ground running and don't want to rely only on the smaller food intake :)
