amk2012 10 Posted October 13, 2013 How many calories is too little. I've been eating around 800 a day and weight loss has stalled. I'm eating really healthy small portions. How many calories do you guys eat per day?
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted October 13, 2013 Unfortunately, we really can't answer that. Some eat as little as 600 calories and some eat upwards of 1500 calories daily. There is no "right" answer, it's a matter of your metabolism and health needs. Ask your nutritionist to be safe. They know what's best for your specific situation. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and dylanmiles23 reacted to this
bahuber5477 90 Posted October 13, 2013 That dreadful calorie goal is about trial and error. Sure you can talk to your nutritionist but even they dont always have a solid answer because its your body and it is what works for you. I personally shoot for around 1100 cals a day. I find a hard time staying under at times and Ill admit there are days I eat some of my exercise calories. 1 dylanmiles23 reacted to this
B-52 7,113 Posted October 13, 2013 For me, one of the best days with the band was when I learned to be set free from counting calories or traditional dieting...ever again. Came in conjunction with settling into life in the Green Zone, where my portions are set (small) and I only need to eat good healthy foods... I also exercise a lot, and stay very active...so it would appear what little I do eat, and drink in the day, I probably burn the majority of it off....I used to go crazy worrying about this and trying to sty on top of it.... 3 HotButterFly, endingyoyo and Bama53 reacted to this
al_gilmer 0 Posted November 6, 2013 This may not be related but some days I can eat like crazy with my band and other days I'm so restricted it's hard to get anything down. Does this happen to anyone else? I have 7 cc's in my band currently.
