I had to take my chances and pureed some tofu and avocado. I feel so much better today! I'm gonna keep eating that for a few more days. I start my pureed foods soon anyway.I'm pretty sure my Protein Shakes were making me sick. The gas has moved to my shoulders but doesn'r hurt that bad. I did have the tea this morning and it was pretty soothing... I'll have to look up that yoga move! Thank you all for your advice. I really look to these blogs to give me advice and give me some idea of what to expect. So thank you!
