. My goal this week was to not snack from after school until dinner...one of my hardest times.i was pretty successfully it and I lost 3 lbs!! I can't wait for my fill on Monday so I can get some extra help from my band!!

Good job!! Keep up the hard work. I find my weakness is right before bed - especially when I get off late from work. I'm craving something crunchy - so far I've stuck to milk or Protein shake

Me too....after we put the kids to bed and sit down to watch some TV...the snack monster rears it's ugly head. I've been saving calories so that I can have either some popcorn or almonds or something.

OMgosh, night time for me too. I do so good during the day. I've been eating those small cups of pudding that I thought were sugar free, but realized last nite they aren't and I usually end up eating 2 with a little dollop of whip cream, but will make better choices.

Me too. I'm finding that if I drink constantly it helps. I plan for a Protein Shake every evening.

Just remember to stay away from bad carbs in the evening especially. They store to fat quickly

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
