txsonicguy 262 Posted October 11, 2013 As I've been losing the wright since my June surgery, I haven't been purchasing smaller clothes. I've just been tightening my belt and tucking my shirts in a little further. This morning when I weighed in I was down a total of 100.1 pounds! Took the day off and HAD to buy new pants as my old ones were more like clown pants. On my June 11 surgery day my pants were size 60 waist ( can't believe I just posted that in public!). Today I bought all new pants size 50 waist! They feel so much better than my clown pants. Even better I realized I'm finally in the green zone! It's a happy day! 30 jfc193, Sharpie, catfish87 and 27 others reacted to this

txsonicguy 262 Posted October 11, 2013 I such I could get excited as my wife does. I still have days when I tell myself "so what you've lost 100 pounds. You're still 160 pounds overweight!" But then I realize that I just need to do it again (lose 100#). I've done it once - I can do it again, right? 16 chasingadream, ☠carolinagirl☠, LovinLife2013 and 13 others reacted to this

I remember losing the first hundred and then sighing because I wasn't even half way to goal. It can be really overwhelming. But then I realized how far I'd come and knew I could lose another hundred. I just focused on small goals, like dropping another clothing size or going down into the next decade on the scale. Now... here I am down 230 pounds and only 30 pounds from goal. If I can do it, so can you 13 ☠carolinagirl☠, tmanning, chasingadream and 10 others reacted to this

AZ Gary 149 Posted October 11, 2013 If you need more encouragement go down to the big box home improvement store and pick up a 100lb bag of cement and imagine that your legs and feet was carrying all that around. Congrats on the lose so far. 4 jl2437, ☠carolinagirl☠, Sharpie and 1 other reacted to this
