Am getting ready to leave to go to the hospital to get banded. It's been a long wait but I will see you on the other side. :-)

By the time you get these messages you will be recuperating. Congratulations on this decision to take charge of your health. I am right behind you, 3 weeks 6 days from now. Hope you feel well following surgery, getting your sips of Water in and lots of little walks. Let us know how you are doing.

I did well from what my doctor said bc he sent me home. I have had an aching cough not sure why. Will call doctor tomorrow about that. Thank god

For my liquid lortab.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
