Well two in the same day!! This morning I was getting ready to leave the house and it was cold so I pulled out some jeans that once fit but were too tight on me at the end of last winter and they fit comfortably!!! Also while out shopping for new walking shoes this morning I was checking a cute pair out in the mirror I stepped back and I looked at myself and I smiled. I look thinner in my hips and thighs! I've still got a journey ahead of me but YAY!

Yay is right -- way to go. Love it when the jeans fit well. And glimpsing yourself in the mirror like that is so empowering. You are on your way. Here's to health and happiness!
