However, after a few months, it started making my heartburn worse so I limit it to a couple of cups in the morning (always with cappacino Protein in it, of course, lol!!). niecyrenee 2 Posted February 27, 2007 All nutritionist have different guidelines. Mine said to stay away from caffeine if at all possible. She does however say to most certainly not have soda.
