mednar 26 Posted January 21, 2012 I'm wondering if your doctors recommended that you take supplements, and if so, what they recommended. The nutritionist at my doctor's office didn't. I was diligent about taking Iron, a B supplement, and a Multi-Vitamin early on. I've not been as diligent lately. I started bruising really easily. The purple/green kind, where I can't even remember what I hit, then get a bruise. Over the last two weeks, I went back on them, but then today, I noticed another on my wrist. Have any of you experienced that you bruise more easily? dana67 1 Posted January 16, 2013 My doctor has me taking Vitamin B12 Sublingwal, Iron, Calcium, Multi Vitamin, D, Folic, I think that is all. Oh and Calcium, I do bruise easier and have noticed some that I didn't know where there. I just want my hair to thicken up again. February 13th will be my year anniversary and I am down 75 pounds.
