Jenn 27 Posted May 23, 2011 Just a quick update. I've lost about 42 pounds in about 15 weeks. I feel like I eat pretty normally now. It was our anniversary this weekend and we celebrated this entire weekend. We went out to Breakfast Saturday and out to dinner that night as well. On Sunday I ate about 3 oz. of yogurt for breakfast then we went out for a delicious lunch at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants with our family. Last night I ate about 1/3 of a turkey burger and about 3 french fries and 1 onion ring. I made sure that I walked everyday and I took my kids to the park - that was my only exercise, no gym. This morning I got on the scale and had lost 1 pound over the weekend!! I don't plan on eating like this every weekend but it was nice to know that I can - once in a while!! I'm almost into size 18s and will be out of my size 20s in about 5-7 pounds.
