How do you deal with social situations after WLS?

I haven't had to explain to anyone myself. However I would say I have built my metabolism up by eating very small healthy meals but eating more frequently like every 2-3 hours. Also that I limit fluids while as to not get full on liuids.

That is a great idea, but I still think we all need to drink as much Water as we can...very important..(I have a hard time with that one too)
