melhealthy 103 Posted October 8, 2013 The day before my liver shrink diet was Easter Sunday. I had all my old favorites. I started liver shrink on a Monday and followed it as stayed and lost 16 pounds. I'm almost six months out and follow the plan. So far so good down 82 pounds! LessofKat 38 Posted October 8, 2013 Have you tried just Water some taste better mixed with just Water than milk. Also maybe add some of those flavored coffee syrups...you can get sugar free flavors at Walmart just something to add variety! I am lactose and tolerant so I use non flavored Protein mix, unsweetened almond milk and Carmel flavored Syrup. It's really good and you can't taste the Protein at all.
