Obie1hun 3 Posted October 6, 2013 And in no way do I want to go through that again. I am assuming it was a blockage. 8 weeks post op had crab legs, yum! Was out with coworkers and I most likely wasn't paying attention to how fast I was eating or not chewing my food properly. I felt like I had a led weight in my esophagus. And it just sat there until I threw up about 4-5 hours later. Then I had relief. I was a bit nausea throughout the next day but drank fluids which caused no problems and had a tiny dinner with no issues. I was freaking out, thought I had developed a stricture. Yowza!
