That could be Water weight for all you know. Don't despair. Your weight will fluctuate as your body tries to adjust to this major shock it was submitted to.

You got some great advice. Combined with your Nut. & surgeon 's guidelines, make the best of it and keep pushing thru.

I use a similar recipe to make eggplant lasagne. Sandwich the cheese mixture between two slices of eggplant I dip in egg and lightly sauté the eggplant in olive oil before baking.
