zephyr 48 Posted September 24, 2013 I have never been a Breakfast eater. For breakfast I have a vanilla yogurt smoothie. I blend vanilla yogurt with a mixture of frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I love it.

LilBoo007 491 Posted September 24, 2013 This might sound horrible to some but I hate eating breakfast so alot of times I will eat beef Jerky, it's quick, filling and u don't have to eat alot. It's high in Protein and low in fat, carbs and sugar!

Obeasta 92 Posted September 24, 2013 My go to breakfast: one boiled egg with 2 crackers with chives flavoured chunky cottage cheese and some mini tomatoes and cucumber. It's the best! Fills me up nicely and is easy on the pouch and packed with Protein.< /p>
