emily.brokaw 2 Posted September 23, 2013 I am one week post op and in the full liquids phase. If I have one more Protein Shake or broth I might murder someone. I can't stomach the after taste anymore. Wednesday is my clear to start "soft" foods. I've already lost 20 pounds which is great but I just need something real!! Would I be a bad person if I had some Greek yogurt or applesauce? Hah.

Marisela 104 Posted September 23, 2013 LOL with the murder!!!! hahahaha, have you had jell-o? No Protein in there but at least it has a different taste. The only Protein Drink I hated was Isopure, the after taste is terrible! but I am completely in love with powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein products, I highly recommend them, absolutely NO AFTER TASTE!!! I hope it gets better for you, and congratulations on the 20 lbs lost!!! 1 alc1071 reacted to this

deaddemmama 474 Posted September 29, 2013 I would advance your diet as your doctor recommends...no cheating. You can really cause harm and/or get sick by advancing too soon.
