Can you provide more info? When did this start? How long ago did you eat? What did you eat? Are you sweating, nauseous, any other symptoms?

Call your doc. Any pain should be reported to your doc

I am dumping. I ate some of the no sugar added ice cream that I've been eating. I've been throwing up. My stomach is cramping so bad it feels like I'm in labor. I'm sweating and almost in tears it's the worst. I will never eat that again. It didn't do me like that the other times but today it's totally different. My stomach is still in knots.
