milk?

I had no idea 1% milk had so much sugar. Been drinking it since I got home from the hospital.

It does but it's not the same as white sugar.

Try almond or soy milk. Not as much sugar.

Almond milk may have less sugars, but it also has noticeably less digestible Protein. I stick with real milk, thankfully I did not become lactose intolerant.
