bloreorbust 286 Posted September 20, 2013 What do you think? Has anyone done it? There's a 10-15lb weight restriction for lifting the first 6 weeks. However, if I used a 6lb or 8lb ball I think that might work. Your thoughts?
slowtogo 301 Posted September 20, 2013 I wouldn't. You are throwing a ball. The pressure will be higher. F=m*a (force=mass× acceleration)
bloreorbust 286 Posted September 21, 2013 Makes sense. I called my surgeon's office and they gave me a fat "NO" also. Guess I need to accept I just had surgery and take it easy.

My surgeon gave me the thumbs up to resume full care of my two toddlers(24 & 28lbs) 7 days after surgery. HW(9/3/13)- 284, DOS(9/11/13)-270, CW-259(9/20/13), GW-155(by 9/21/14...my 26th birthday!) Amanda R 56 Posted September 21, 2013 mine has a 3 week 10 lbs weight restriction then I'm good to go-so I would say as long as your not trying to throw it like a shot put you should be fine.
