Weight Loss Surgery For Dummies, Eating after weight loss surgery for dummies, Eating well after weight loss surgery, The complete idiots guide to eating well after weight loss surgery. These are just a few books that I have found good information in. I checked them out at my local library. Amazon sells them also. My surgery was 9/4/13.
