2boys2cute 0 Posted February 25, 2007 Our Docs can be so different? EX: My doc says: week1- thin clear Soups, diet shakes, etc. week2 (should be weak 2) LOL can still only go to more reg. Soups but no chucks, puddings, etc. Still pretty much clear I don't think I get into more real foods until 4 weeks? Other docs say clear just the 1st 3 or 4 days then pudding a another 4 or so days and then more into normal food by 2nd week? Wonder why they can be so different? :faint: <!-- / message -->
LapBandit 5 Posted February 25, 2007 Probably has at least a little to do with experience level and malpractice insurance rates...honestly. I think some docs are afraid to make someone sick so they are a bit more extreme with their plans. Also, I think it depends on their school of thought as to how they view the human body's ability to lose weight. As long as you feel comfortable with his/her advice then I say that's all that matters.
