Hey everyone. I'm wondering if fat free, sugar free pudding is an option that anyone uses? I'm starting to crave something a little sweet.

I am 3 wks post & have 2 days of soft foods then I can start on fish, chicken, lean ground meats.< /p>

Yes. Definitely go with sugar free. I've also mixed in chocolate Protein powder in with the dry pudding mix then add your milk. You get the sweet and the Protein all at the same time.

I love the suger free pudding. It helps if you have a sweet tooth and it goes down easy.
