Protein shots....

DONE!!!! And I'm alive! So, not exactly good...but not the acidic bitter taste of the other shot I tried years ago. Definitely have something around to drink after. I will warn ya, shake it up well, there were clumps I wasn't expecting that gave me a definite ewwww moment. Won't be a staple but will keep them around for the days my Protein intake just stinks (had 2 days this week I was in the 40s...)

The shots arrived today. I've yet to try them but the consistence reminds me of a tube of snot....truly the only word that describes it....not sure I'll make it.
