oldoneyoungagain 200 Posted September 12, 2013 Looking at the list they just sent me home with today, surgery yesterday. For me weeks 2 and 3 are Cottage cheese, low fat or non-fat, soft cheeses (laughing cow) eggs, any style but I differently wouldn't recommend hard boiled, thinly sliced or canned chicken, turkey, tuna with light mayo or miracle whip, baked fish, refried Beans soft cooked vegetales, applesause unsweetened. Continue to drink Protein Shakes between meals. Also says to avoid beef, pork, Pasta and rice.. But you can always check with your Nut or doctor. Because from what I keep seeing everyone seems different. But hope this does give you some idea.
