Short pain spasms on right side of abdomen?

For the past 4 or 5 days I have been getting these sharp spasms of pain that come and go off and on thru the day??? Has anyone else had these?? Not sure if I should call dr office?? Had rny in march and these are new! Help :(

Could be gallbladder. I would call your doc.
