brandnewme2013 97 Posted September 2, 2013 Ok ladies I have taken some experienced advice and started logging on my fitness pal, and I love it. To be honest I tried it once before and I was totally confused so I didn't try it again. However although I am only 3 1/2 months out I think that by doing this for me, this will help me keep things into perspective and be successful long term. bakawaka 108 Posted September 4, 2013 I restarted my food-logging based on the prompts from posters on this forum, particularly DL Coggin. I am using My Fitness Pal. When I search for foods in the system, there are lots of "network errors." It is very slow. But it is an effective program. I am using it via iPhone. But for searches of food, I find that I have to go to the website via my laptop instead of through my iPhone. I am "saving" the frequent meals - and those seem easy to use in the iPhone.
