bloreorbust 286 Posted September 18, 2013 I'm Aug 29th' date=' post op....I lost 13lbs week one, 0lbs week two, and 1lbs week three. Anyone else experiencing this? It's depressing to think I could fail at this weight loss attempt too. [/quote'] Yup. Mine was Aug 26th and I've lost about 17, but that was all week 1 and part of week 2. I've stalled now for at least a week. Sucks to stall so early, huh? We'll break through it though.
stacey womg 0 Posted September 18, 2013 Everyone that knows I had surgery keeps asking me how much have you lost? Are you following the diet plan? I have enough stress trying to get enough Water, Vitamins and Protein into me. What to do? How long is this stall suppose to last? I'm only eating 600 cals a day, all protein based. anniesmommy 26 Posted September 18, 2013 Does anyone else get a headache just about every day? I have been having headaches every day. They aren't horrible, just annoying.
naynay209 21 Posted September 18, 2013 Does anyone else get a headache just about every day? I have been having headaches every day. They aren't horrible' date=' just annoying.[/quote'] I used to have massive Migraines bfor my surgery. Since the surgery I have only gotten a headache twice and both times it was because I was getting dehydrated. Once I started taking my Water and got enough in me, my headache went away. kparadisek 115 Posted September 18, 2013 So far I like this bypass tool way better and I am determined not to fail this tool like I did the band. I hope you are also happy with your decision. I like it better than the band too! I don't miss the port pain I use to experience all to often. I wish I would've done the bypass first but I was scared! bloreorbust 286 Posted September 18, 2013 Are you able to take larger sips over time? Is that normal? I have just been taking baby sips up until this morning since anything larger hurt. I made a mistake this morning and took too large of a sip. No pain. I've done it a few times since as I usually do throughout the day, and still no pain. kpayton81 9 Posted September 18, 2013 My surgery was August 30th, 2013 and I'm doing well. Went to the gym and worked up a good sweat walking and using the elliptical. I would love to start a group. To date I am 30 pounds down.

Mine lasted about 10 days it seems. Yesterday was my first day back at work and today I had dropped 2 more pounds. Just hang in there. Drink lots of Water and keep on moving. Your body will beat the stall and you will start losing again.

We are doing about the same but you lost one more than me. I don't focus on the number because it would drive me crazy, but I try to instead focus on the positive changes I'm making in my life that weren't there before. I haven't started to really exercise yet and that's really bad on me but it's all about motivation and trying to stay positive. Sometimes you can't help but be sad or compare to others. Also remember we all are different and our stories are different. I personally want to lose slower. I want a chance for my skin to catch up with the weight loss and so far so good. We'll get there, slowly but surely. And that's ok. I was upset that I stalled for a week and was only down 25 since surgery but it picked back up and lost a couple more. It's a part of the process, we just have to keep our heads high and stay strong! You can do this! Kristen
