Some people here are facing the same problem and they recommend rebooting the pouch. I guess it means liquid diet for couple days all over again but you could google restarting the pouch diet for more info... Or search this in the forum...

Hello it's not impossible to get back on track. You have to log on your food. Basically pretend you just had surgery & start with liquid & soft food.

Hi Bren. Depression is brutal. I had lost 132 pounds on my own and but a lot of it back on over depression. Please make sure that you are getting help for that so that you can take care of yourself. It's extremely difficult to do well on a diet when you feel that way. I hope you are feeling better soon!
