Starting my milk diet not this Saturday but next Saturday to shrink my liver; so currently working through my bucket list of foods I'm probably never gonna eat again.

My surgery is booked to go ahead Tuesday 17 September to have a gastric bypass & I really cannot wait. I've had a massive clear out of my clothes & bagged up a load of clothes that I will in 12 - 18 months time pay to have turned in, so will be spending most of my time in Primark until I reach my weight goal.

Eager to know all the dietary percentages of sugar & fat etc after my op as I've already been told I'm gonna be on slop for 6 months.
