bloreorbust 286 Posted August 29, 2013 How many BMs did you have once you started going again after surgery? I had my surgery Monday and had my first BM today, and have had 3 since then all the same day. Seems a little odd since I only just graduated to Protein Shakes from Water this morning. ArmyOfMe 82 Posted August 29, 2013 Be prepared for hard times. Every day is a challenge. Keep up with taking stool softeners and adding Fiber to your diet. Lots of Water, as well.
ElleG 394 Posted August 29, 2013 Better out then in! I chew Fiber choice daily. I think ur lucky I could not go at all in the beginning.
bloreorbust 286 Posted August 29, 2013 Yeah this is pretty consistent with what I've been reading. Which might mean that my stomach doesn't agree with something in the shakes. Just hard to complain since it makes life a lot easier at this stage. Can't imagine having to push much lol.
Sparklette 381 Posted August 29, 2013 During purred/liquid/soft foods I was going 2-3 times a day. Now, I go once a day, if I'm lucky.
Big Wojo 32 Posted August 29, 2013 I'm 6 weeks out I go about once a day but get the feeling like I have to go a lot but don't really have to. Tmi but when I do go its formed but still very soft I think it has to do with all my daily Vitamins.
