I'm not much on meals. I eat grilled chkn pieces and have fruit smoothies with Protein powder. I had a portabello mushroom cap w/ grilled chkn, pizza sauce, and low fat mozzarella chz. Ate a third. I drink that carnation instant brkfst, with Protein Powder. Baked potatoes. Retried Beans. Soups. eggs. I had stouffers lasagna as a puree! Or chew good! Chkn salad. Salmon was good. I was told the same. Focus on Vitamins, Protein and fluids. For the record I'm getting between 650 and 850 cals a day according to my tracker. I'm three months out. Turkey chili w/beans is good too. I am not getting too much down and this morning I was trying to pour myself 2oz. Of Protein drink, but I was spitting up and urinating all at the same time. This happens every time. What can I do?
