My boyfriend and I just started dating he had gastric bypass surgery 3 months ago. I have a degree in culinary arts and am trying to develop new recipes/ideas for us. I too want to transition to his diet so we both live healthier lives. Any recipes, suggestions, or comments would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of cookbooks at Amazon for WLS patients. I've bought a couple, I recommend you take a look there :)
