manahane03 19 Posted August 22, 2013 Hey everyone, I am 4 1/2 wks post op and really have been doing great. Every food that I've tried has stayed down without any pain or problems. I went back to work this week and since doing so I have had horrible problems getting good and liquids down. Not sure if it is the stress of going back or what. Today I have only been able to eat 1/2 a scrambled egg and maybe get about 10 oz of Fluid down. I can eat it but as soon as I start eating I have a lot of pain- no nausea or vomiting just uncomfortable pain. It's painful to drunk too. I thought I was over this stage but maybe not. Anyone else had this problem?? I'm worried about a structure.
music1618 879 Posted August 22, 2013 I would call your doc. Since you are having issues drinking Water you do not want to get dehydrated.
ajustice 484 Posted August 23, 2013 It never hurts to give ur dr a call. We have highs an lows but its summer and def increases the chances of dehydration alot quicker. Better to err on the safe side and ask ur dr.
