Doing It 4 Them 84 Posted September 21, 2013 I had my nutrition class Thursday. WOW! So much stuff to take in! The Dr told us to take notes, I think I was the only one that did lol. I wanted to make sure i didnt miss anything. I had so much on my mind that I only slept 2 hours that night. Insurance approved me in 48 hours and they called yesterday with a surgery date of Oct 11. I'm definitely nervous buy very excited. I go Monday for a physical with the surgeon and go back Tuesday for my endoscopy. Then my 2 week pre-op diet of 2 shakes and a sensible dinner. I'm excited about having it in October. I thought i would be in November. I should be well enough to enjoy some Black Friday shopping! I would be more upset missing Black Friday shopping than I would be missing Thanksgiving dinner! Cici22 27 Posted September 22, 2013 I am not sure if my Surgery will be in October, but my colonoscopy and endoscopy is October 2nd, and my surgeon usually does those a few weeks before the surgery. I am exited and nervous at the same time.
