Big Wojo 32 Posted August 17, 2013 So I'm 4 weeks post op and have been eating scrambled eggs for about 2 weeks. Well today I made scrambled eggs and they got stuck... I've had no problems with them before. Could something be wrong or maybe I didn't chew good enough??

Big Wojo 32 Posted August 17, 2013 I just threw them up its the first time since I had the surgery that I vommited. I don't think it's a stricture I ate chicken breast last night with no problems and liquids go down fine. I'm guess I didn't chew good enough or ate too fast. I was watching tv so probably wasn't paying attention.

I've had that problem numerous times before, eat something like scrambled eggs just fine before, and you think ok I've been ok with this and you get forgetful and don't chew enough and boom, stuck and vomit...just have to continue to be aware of eating, chewing, concentrate on the eating only...new habits are forming so it's important we are aware...I'm finally learning this and I'm 11 weeks out...takes time... 1 Big Wojo reacted to this
