music1618 879 Posted September 8, 2013 Kristy' date=' Kristy, Kristy - how could you forget to pack your scale? LOL! I really think it's good to take an occasional break from logging (or the scale!). I don't log when I'm on vacation. I think everyone enjoys and benefits from getting away from the "routine" for a bit.[/quote'] My husband logged his food while we were on our cruise. I yelled at him a few times that we were on vacation and yes he would be going over his calories everyday. Told him we were supposed to relax not feel restricted. music1618 879 Posted September 21, 2013 Just wanted to check in with everyone and see how logging was going. I have been resistant to it this week, not sure why. I have put it off until the evening and I am sure I have missed things. I am really trying to stay on track as this is such a valuable tool.

ArmyOfMe 82 Posted September 21, 2013 I started logging my food intake. It was about that time. Now to figure out how the heck to edit serving sizes in MFP from the default options to the actual size I eat. Anybody know the secret?

You just click on serving size and select which you'd prefer then under that is number of servings, frequently my number of servings is 0.25 or 0.33. I think as long as we're averaging enough then it's all good! terry1118 1,274 Posted September 23, 2013 I'm logging religiously now. I should have started from the beginning. I didn't realize what a helpful tool it was! Now I know exactly how much Protein I'm getting. If I come up short by the end of the day I add a Protein Shake and it usually puts me where I need to be. :-) 1 DLCoggin reacted to this
DLCoggin 1,788 Posted September 23, 2013 Hey guys! I'm running terribly behind in everything because of a week of jury duty. We officially went into deliberation late Friday afternoon. Fingers crossed for a verdict today. I'll be back soon!
