I have been the same weight for almost 3wks now. I am following diet and working out no weight change. Anyone ever been through this??

I am getting discouraged..

Changw up your routine. Add more Protein. So different workouts. It will start moving again

Yea I'm going through the same thing. The weight is just coming off so slow and the last couple of weeks have been very discouraging so I'm going to just stay off the scale and just weight myself at my surgeon's office. Otherwise, I will just drive myself crazy. lol
