vicki s 146 Posted August 12, 2013 Im doing shakes and just had 3 oz egg salad, 5 oz yougurt this morning, I am eating 5 oz at a time, is that ok..and drinking with out feeling restriction..i see alot of people say they take a few sips and get sick or stuck, that never happens to me...
