Thanks am still on liquid diet and think am taking in too much I will up my walking and see

Am in tears just weighed myself and I have rather put on weight what is going on with me did I had a bypass or should I call my DR help!!!!!!!!!

I also had gained weight after surgery. Its mainly just gas and Water weight. The weight should fall off in a couple of days.

I tried going to work yesterday but ladted 45mins then left it requires constant walking &fast so I'm out til September 16.I'm only 3 wks out

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
