erinkenny 7 Posted August 7, 2013 I started pureed foods today and my husband went shopping for me and came home with Laughing Cow. I have never tried the stuff before. OMG!!! How do you eat just one?!?! I'm sure part of it is just the sheer joy of having something other than Soup or Jello in my mouth but it is absolutely heaven and we've only been able to find the plain stuff so far. I think I'm going to enjoy this part of the diet. (That and I was *so* sick of everything tasting SWEET. Give me SAVORY!!!) I'm a happy girl tonight! Now if only my antibiotics didn't taste so ghastly. Ah, well. I'll save myself a laughing cow for after. 1 buff1973 reacted to this
Sparklette 381 Posted August 7, 2013 Laughing cows are still a staple for me, I'm three months out, They are delicious, and they don't aggravate my tummy.
ArmyOfMe 82 Posted August 8, 2013 Hahaha ... I love people's happy dance when they discover the Laughing Cow wedges. Aren't they delish? I have been eating LC wedges pre-op and I'm sooo glad we can have them post-op. Doesn't bother my pouch either. I now buy them in family size. Lasts forever in the fridge. 1 sonya139 reacted to this

MCE33 17 Posted August 28, 2013 I have always loved laughing cow. I used to eat a lot of it on celery. I guess it will be some time before I am back to celery - but next week I should be able to try some by itself. I use it too on the wraps I put in my son and my husbands' lunches. So much healthier than mayo and cuts the need for additional cheese.< /p>

Where did you buy them?
bb00024 21 Posted September 11, 2013 My store H.E.B. in San Antonio, TX have Beanitos made with white Beans, so they look like regular tortilla chips. They also have chips made from black bean and also chips made from pinto Beans. I am still pre-op, but look forward to trying these in the future. They have a website if they aren't in your grocery store, then maybe you can order online.
