chubbsey1 126 Posted August 7, 2013 Slimfast works and its pretty tasty or you can try a good quality whey protien as Meal Replacement, but this advice is coming from the person who is going to get yelled at by his cardiologist tomorrow for gaining weight and developing GERD.
