vg1276 3 Posted August 6, 2013 The survey went well and it was over with in less than two hours! Now I feel so uncomfortable in the bed laying on my back! My back is killing me! I tried to lay on my side like I am used to, however that was also uncomfortable. I got up and walked once but it made me nauseous! I hope I feel better tomorrow. MGteacher 43 Posted August 6, 2013 Hang in there. It gets better! I wasn't able to sleep on my side for weeks. I'm impressed that you were even able to try do soon after surgery. I'm now 7 weeks out, and feeling pretty darn good! 1 jetson reacted to this
LeticiaHuggins 177 Posted August 6, 2013 If your back hurts ask the nurse for a bariatric air bed. My fiance delivers different kinds of beds daily to the local hospital. Most patients don't even know that they can request a different bed or even another mattress. ~Leticia **HW: 259**PreOp: 216**SURG: 3/21/13 **Discharged @: 221** 3 mons post op.
