Laverne1908 28 Posted August 6, 2013 So these are my preferred tortillas and bread. I can eat 1 small tortilla or 1 slice of bread (toasted or unloaded) without issue. As you can see' date=' the tortillas are 80 calories, 13 carbs, but 9 are Fiber, zero sugar, and 3 grams of Protein. The bread is 40 calories, 9 carbs, 3 of which are Fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and 2.5 grams of Protein per slice. I eat probably on average 1 tortilla or 1 slice of bread a day. Always follow your plan, just thought I'd show you what I've discovered, through trial and error, that I like and that irks within my guidelines.
