XXLnomore 51 Posted August 4, 2013 Having a bad night. Been crying and don't know if ive messed up my life. Still so sore after 4 days. I haven't taken my anxiety meds in 5 days (til tonight). I just want to sleep and cry. I know (I hope) it'll pass but I feel like I want to wake up and this'll all be over Anybody feel the same at first?
SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted August 4, 2013 I believe most of us felt that way at smell point . Major surgery, anesthesia, crazy diet, exhaustion, and for you no mess...it's a set-up to make you think you're crazy! I was an emotional mess for 6 weeks. SIX WEEKS!!!! At 5 weeks I looked at the other PA in my office and said I was giving it one more week, if I was still sad and crying in another week she was going to have to medicate me. Rest, eat well (as well as you can anyway), and try to be patient with yourself and this whole process. Also know that you are not alone, we're here with shoulders to cry on anytime. And no one else in the universe understands as well as we do! HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 204.2 1 Dorian reacted to this

ellaclairesmommy 0 Posted August 4, 2013 I'm 4 days out and having a very hard time. Trying to reassure myself I didn't ruin my life by doing this. And I'm starving. I have cried every day since. I know it will get better with time. But I understand you totally.

Went ahead and took more pain meds (trying to get em out before work) and apologized to my baby boy and now we're rubbing each others feet! LOL. Just got a little emotional. I'm glad I joined this group to help me out and let me know it's not just me. Thanks to all of you!!
